Susan Paz is an experienced professional in human resources and administration, currently serving as the Administrative Secretary to the Mayor for the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills since January 2018. Prior to this role, Susan worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Moretrench from September 2011 to December 2015, focusing on EEO Compliance and Performance Management, among other responsibilities. Additional experience includes serving as a Contract Recruiter at CR Bard, where duties involved comprehensive hiring processes for various levels, and as an Employee Relations Business Partner at BAE Systems, providing support to approximately 300 employees in Finance and Operations.
