Antonia "Toni" Ricigliano has served as the Mayor of the Township of Edison since January 2010, achieving a retained Aa2 credit rating from Moody’s Investors Service, Inc. for the township's economic vitality. Prior to this role, Toni was a Council Member from 2006 to 2009, where involvement included service on the Edison Township Planning Board and as Housing Authority Council Liaison, and previously from 1998 to 2001, including a term as Township Council Vice President in 2001. Toni has contributed to various boards and committees, focusing on areas such as Community Service, Health & Welfare, and Public Safety. In addition, Toni has a background in education, having worked as a teacher at Sacred Heart School from 1992 to 1996, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Keane University with a certification in Elementary Education.
