Katie Lein, MHRM, PHR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the human resources sector. Currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at Towne Park since November 2022, Katie oversees the HR Support Center team, ensuring that inquiries from associates and leaders are addressed accurately and promptly. Previously, as Corporate Human Resources Manager at Transdev North America, Katie managed HR strategies for a workforce of over 13,000 employees and also held the position of Senior Human Resources Generalist. Katie's earlier career includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Riedy Construction Inc., where strategic HR functions for a 100+ employee organization were managed, and as Human Resources Team Lead at DISYS, where Katie led HR initiatives across multiple branches. Katie holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Concordia University-St. Paul and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of St. Francis.
