Stella Kalamarakis has extensive experience in property assessment and office management, currently serving as the Deputy Tax Assessor for the Town of West Springfield since January 2012, where responsibilities include determining the taxability and value of properties through comprehensive analysis methods. In addition, Stella has been a part-time Office Manager and Bookkeeper at Precision Communications, Inc. since July 1995, overseeing daily operations, financial management using QuickBooks, and processing payroll and tax reports. Previously, as a Licensed Realtor at Rettura Realty from September 2004 to March 2016, Stella facilitated real estate transactions by preparing Comparative Market Analysis and collaborating with legal professionals. Stella holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Holyoke Community College.
