Nichola Tomkins is an experienced professional in community development and education, currently serving as Acting Coordinator Community Development for the Town of Victoria Park since April 2008, where various roles have included Acting Coordinator Events, Arts and Funding, and Community Development Officer. Nichola has successfully managed a public events program to foster community engagement and has collaborated with volunteer organizations to enhance volunteering opportunities. In addition, Nichola lectures in Community Pathways at North Metropolitan TAFE and previously worked as a School Sport Development Officer at the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, where efforts included implementing national physical education programs. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Education in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from De Montfort University, a Diploma in Community Development from North Metropolitan TAFE, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from Inspire Education.
