Rosemary Novo has extensive experience in code enforcement, currently serving as a Code Enforcement Officer for both the Town of Surfside since December 2020 and the City of Miami Springs since November 2015. Prior to these roles, Rosemary served as a Code Enforcement Officer for the City of Hialeah Municipal Government from April 2006 to June 2016. Additionally, Rosemary gained valuable management experience as an Assistant Sales Manager at Sprint from June 1997 to March 2006. Rosemary holds a degree from Florida International University (FIU).
