Christopher LaPorte has a diverse work history, starting in 1990 as an Account Executive at Dretta Manufacturing. In this role, they focused on acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones, while also creating and implementing a sales plan. Christopher moved on to work as an Inside Sales Associate at The Hartford in 1994, where they handled calls with AARP members, providing quotations and counseling on insurance coverage. Christopher also adhered to underwriting guidelines and met call center metrics. In 1996, Christopher became an Information Analyst at Aetna Life Insurance Company, responsible for organizing and analyzing data for reporting and retrieval. Christopher developed procedures and tools to improve workflow efficiency. Most recently, Christopher joined the Town of Southington, CT in November 2020 as a Police Officer. Christopher'sresponsibilities include enforcing laws and ordinances, responding to calls for service, and conducting investigations.
