Anne Capra is a seasoned planner with extensive experience in land use management and environmental protection, currently serving as a Planner for the Town of South Hadley since June 2018. Capra also holds the position of Distinguished Planning Fellow at The Conway School since 2014. Previous roles include Conservation Planner at Conservation Works LLC, Principal Planner at the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission, and a Landscape Designer at Capra Landscape Design. Capra's expertise encompasses project management, research, education, and outreach, particularly focusing on water quality restoration. An extensive academic background includes a Master of Arts in Landscape Design from The Conway School and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Ithaca College.
