Justin Bailey is an experienced Geographic Information System (GIS) professional, currently serving as the GIS Administrator for the Town of Smyrna since September 2023. Prior to this role, Justin worked as a GIS Specialist for the US Army from November 2020 to August 2023 and at Civil Infrastructure Associates, LLC from August 2018 to August 2020. Additional experience includes positions as a GIS Specialist at Atmos Energy and a Roustabout at Seadrill. Justin's military background includes serving as a GIS Technician in the US Navy from January 2010 to July 2013. Starting in the workforce with Tractor Supply Company as a Team Lead, Justin has cultivated a strong expertise in GIS, bolstered by academic credentials including a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physical Geography - Geosciences from Middle Tennessee State University.
