Lindy Higginbotham is an experienced engineering professional with a background in project management and construction engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer for the Town of Prosper since December 2019, Lindy previously held the position of Project Manager with the City of Allen from February 2017 to December 2019. Prior experience includes working as an Engineer for the City of Garland from May 2000 to February 2017. Lindy earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Texas Tech University, completing the degree between 1987 and 1992.
