Chuck Ewings currently serves as the Assistant Town Manager for the Town of Prosper since January 2023. With extensive experience in public administration and military leadership, Chuck Ewings previously held the position of Commander for the 136th Mission Support Group in the Texas Air National Guard, leading multiple squadrons and overseeing logistics and personnel for C-130 aircraft support until November 2023. Additional roles include Commander of the 136th Logistics Readiness Squadron and City Manager for both the City of Justin and the City of Ennis, managing operations for municipalities with populations near 20,000. Chuck Ewings has a Master of Public Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Texas A&M University.
