Jim Goodwin is an experienced municipal leader currently serving as the Town Manager for the Town of Paradise since July 2023. Previously, Jim held the position of City Manager for the City of Wheatland from May 2018 to June 2023 and for the City of Live Oak from September 2008 to April 2018. Additionally, Jim was the President and CEO of the Chico Chamber of Commerce from 1996 to 2008. Jim earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from California State University, Chico, during 1983-1984.
