James Brown currently serves as the Guest Services and Support Coordinator for Cultural Arts at the Town of Normal, IL since May 2022. Prior to this role, James held the position of Guest Services Supervisor at the Children's Discovery Museum in Normal, IL, starting in January 2016. From June 2003 to October 2015, James managed operations as the General Manager at TravelCenters of America, and previously served in the same capacity at Foot Locker from January 1998 to December 2002. James earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Biology from Heartland Community College between 2016 and 2019.
