Bruce Hoppe is an experienced municipal leader currently serving as the General Manager of Infrastructure and Development at the Town of New Tecumseth since July 2014, overseeing multiple functional service areas and managing a substantial operating and capital budget. Prior to this role, Bruce held several planning and development positions across various municipalities, including Director of Planning and Development at New Tecumseth, Manager of Development at the County of Simcoe, and Director of Development Services at the Township of Oro-Medonte. Additionally, Bruce possesses a diverse background in project management and planning for major organizations such as Tim Hortons and various municipalities, with a solid educational foundation that includes a degree in Geography and Urban Development from Western University and ongoing advanced studies at the Schulich School of Business.
