Jon Marshall currently serves as the Deputy Town Administrator for Operations in the Town of Natick, a position held since November 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Town Administrator in the Town of Belmont and Director of Recreation in the Town of Arlington. Jon has also contributed to the Massachusetts Recreation & Park Association in various capacities, including Legislative Chair and President. Earlier professional experience encompasses serving as Director of the Recreation & Parks Department for the Town of Natick and as a Mental Health Counselor at MetroWest Medical Center. Jon's educational achievements include a Master of Public Administration from Suffolk University's Sawyer Business School, along with several certificates in Public Administration and Recreation and Parks. A Bachelor of Science in Social Work was earned from Salve Regina University.
