Alex Gibson is a dedicated marine engineering professional with a Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering from Massachusetts Maritime Academy, expected in June 2024. Currently serving as a 3rd Assistant Engineer at the Marine Engineers Beneficial Association since June 2024 and working as a Seasonal Assistant Harbormaster for the Town of Nantucket since 2018, Alex has gained valuable experience in the maritime industry. Prior to these roles, Alex worked as a mechanic at Youngs Bicycle Shop from 2014 to 2018. Education includes a high school diploma from Nantucket Public High School, completed in 2020.
