Kitty Mathew Thomas is an experienced professional in project management and civil engineering, currently serving as the Capital Projects Manager for the Town of Morrisville since February 2023. Prior to this role, Kitty was a Senior Project Manager with the City of Raleigh Municipal Government from February 2022 to March 2023, and a Project Manager in the Public Works Department for the City of Durham, NC, from August 2014 to February 2022. In addition to extensive experience in project management, Kitty has worked as a Service Clerk at Costco Wholesale since May 2014. Kitty holds a Bachelor's degree in Technology with a specialization in Civil Engineering from TKM College of Engineering, University of Kerala, India, completed in 2012.
