Jennifer Miller is a seasoned IT professional with significant experience in technical support and system administration. Currently serving as a Senior IT Analyst for the Town of Morrisville since August 2019, Jennifer has a proven track record of resolving helpdesk tickets and administering Microsoft Enterprise functions. Previous roles include System Administrator for the City of Ocoee, where responsibilities encompassed the installation and maintenance of servers and network infrastructure, and Help Desk Specialist, providing technical assistance through various support channels.
