Josue Rodriguez Gonzalez has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Josue is currently working as an Infrastructure Manager at Fathom since November 2021. Previously, Josue worked at the UK Centre for Ecology & Hydrology (UKCEH) from 2017 to 2021. During their time there, they held multiple positions, including IT Science Computing Manager, IT Site Manager, Server Support Engineer, and Linux Desktop Support Analyst. In these roles, Josue was responsible for tasks such as HPC system administration, Linux support, project management, and training delivery. Before joining UKCEH, Josue worked as a Staff member of Lopesan's Think in Innovation and held various roles at Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, including Staff member of Hack4Good Las Palmas, Teacher at "Expert of design and programming of video games" program, and Intern in the department of Applied Quantitative Methods to Economics and Business. Josue also worked as a Backend Developer at the Parque Científico Tecnológico de la Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and held an internship position at ULPGC (Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria) in the Faculty of Health Sciences.

Josue Rodriguez Gonzalez completed their Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering at Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria from 2013 to 2016. During the same period, they also pursued Electrical and Computer Engineering at Warsaw University of Technology. In 2018, Josue obtained a certification as a Red Hat Certified System Administrator from Red Hat.
