Nikki Carpenito, MBA, SHRM-CP, FCLRP, currently serves as the Senior Director of Internal Customer Service for the Town of Jupiter, a position held since April 2015, where responsibilities include aligning the Town Council's strategic vision with operational strategy and managing department heads for effective interdepartmental operations.
