Nicole Melquist is currently serving as a Purchasing Assistant for the Town of Glastonbury, CT since May 2023. With a diverse background in customer service and team leadership, Nicole has held several roles at EBP Supply Solutions, starting as a Customer Solutions Expert and progressing to Customer Service Team Lead since February 2019. Previous experience includes working as a Service Delivery Analyst at Morneau Shepell and as a Health and Welfare Team Leader at USI Consulting Group. Additionally, Nicole has experience as a Benefits Administrator and a Customer Service Representative at the CT State Employees Credit Union. Nicole began a professional career at Munson's Chocolates, where a long tenure as Retail Store Manager developed foundational skills in management and customer service. Education includes completion of studies at Newington High School and CT State Tunxis.
