Mike Iampietro is an experienced engineering and project management professional with a robust background in development engineering and municipal management. Currently serving as Manager of Development Engineering for the Town of Georgina since September 2021, Mike previously owned and operated A Buyer's Choice Home Inspections Canada until September 2021. Mike's extensive experience at York Region from 2003 to January 2019 includes roles such as Manager of Project Relations, Manager of Water and Wastewater Operations, and Project Manager for Asset Inspections and Operations Support. Prior to this, Mike held positions at Earth Tech as a Contract Administrator and at Dufferin Construction and Canadian Highways International Company as a Project Engineer, alongside serving as a Resident Engineer for the Ontario Ministry of Transportation. Mike holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Civil Engineering from Western University and a Masters Certificate in Municipal Management from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
