Michael Rozario has extensive experience in the fire service, currently serving as Deputy Fire Chief for the Town of Georgina since September 2014. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Deputy Fire Chief for the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury from June 2011 to September 2014, and served as Fire Chief-CEMC for the Municipality of Brockton from November 2008 to June 2011. Michael began a career in firefighting at Richmond Hill Fire from 2000 to 2007, following a military background as a Sergeant E-5 in the United States Marine Corps from 1993 to 1997. Additionally, Michael has been a member of the Ontario Association of Fire Chiefs from 2006 to 2023. Educationally, Michael has attended SUNY Oneonta, Durham College, Markham Brother Andre CHS, Ontario Fire College, and Ryerson University.
