Hilary Sueoka is an accomplished environmental professional with extensive experience in sustainability and urban planning. Currently serving as the Environmental Programs Manager for the Town of Frisco since August 2021, Hilary previously held positions as Environmental Programs Coordinator and Sustainability Specialist at Western Colorado University, focusing on waste and emissions reduction. Hilary's background includes a volunteer internship with Oregon Coast Trail/Oregon Solutions, a Stormwater Intern position with North Clackamas Urban Watersheds Council, and involvement in climate resilience projects with Sandy River Basin Watershed Council. Additional roles include technical positions at Neptune Mountaineering and educational roles at Science Adventure Program and Denver Botanic Gardens. Hilary holds a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
