Justin Kelly, SCMP candidate, has extensive experience in procurement and financial management across various organizations. Currently serving as Manager of Procurement and Finance for the Town of Fort Erie since September 2021, Justin previously held positions as Purchasing Agent for Financial Management Services at the City of St. Catharines and the City of Welland. Responsibilities have included sourcing supplies, developing specifications for goods and services, providing guidance on procurement processes, and coordinating surplus asset sales. Justin's earlier role as Procurement Coordinator at Niagara Health System involved leading sourcing initiatives and managing contracts, while experience at ITT Industries included procurement for industrial equipment. Justin holds a CSCMP designation from Supply Chain Canada, a PMAC Purchasing Certificate from the Ontario Institute of PMAC, and a certificate in Organizational Leadership from Leadership Niagara.
