Robert Roy is an experienced Facilities Manager with a robust background in operations and maintenance. At Trulieve from May 2020 to August 2023, Robert set the overall vision and leadership for the operations team, aligning strategic direction with client goals while ensuring adherence to safety procedures. Prior to this role, Robert served as Facilities Manager at JONES LANG LA SALLE / AMAZON from February 2015 to May 2020, where similar responsibilities were undertaken. Robert's foundational experience includes serving in the US Navy from May 1980 to April 1988 as Machinist Mate First Class, where oversight of engine room operations, maintenance, and personnel training was crucial. Robert holds an education from the University of Maryland Global Campus, completed between 2005 and 2008.
