Mellissa Winslow possesses extensive experience in environmental analysis, currently serving as Principal Environmental Analyst at the Town of East Hampton since May 2016, following roles as Senior Environmental Analyst and Environmental Analyst. Previously, Mellissa worked as an Environmental Scientist/Technician at Suffolk County DPW and as an Associate Environmental Scientist at Groundwater & Environmental Services, Inc. Early in the career, Mellissa conducted watershed studies and water sample analyses as a Graduate Research Assistant at The Research Foundation of SUNY. Additional experience includes teaching laboratory techniques at SUNY Brockport and interning at Brookhaven National Laboratory. Mellissa holds a Master of Science in Environmental Science from SUNY Brockport and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Policy from Clarkson University.
