Mary Jones has a strong background in human resources management. Mary worked as the Human Resources Director at the Town of Culpeper starting in December 2011. Prior to that, they served as the Benefits & Risk Manager at Fauquier County Government & Public Schools from July 2008 to December 2011. In this role, they managed employee benefits, leave, insurance, and risk management programs. Additionally, they provided oversight of the classification and compensation program. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Representative at Toray Plastics America, Inc. from June 2006 to July 2008.
