Rosemary Boyle Lasher is an accomplished project manager and planning professional with extensive experience in regional and community land use planning, sustainability, and infrastructure management. Currently serving as Project Manager and Assistant Director of Planning for the Town of Cortlandt since July 2003, Rosemary has developed expertise in project management software, community engagement, and stormwater management. Additionally, Rosemary is the Founder and Director of Rose Healing Center, established in January 2013. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President and Chief of Staff in the Private Client Group at Credit Suisse and Vice President and Fixed Income Trader at Warburg Pincus. Rosemary's career began with administrative roles in the Town of Cortlandt's Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals. Educational credentials include studies at Mercy University, the New York Institute of Finance, and Pace University, alongside professional certifications in financial services.
