Chris Blue is a Town Manager at the Town of Chapel Hill since January 2023, previously serving as the Chief of Police and Interim Town Manager at the same organization. Chris has a BA in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Masters in Public Administration from North Carolina State University.
