Rebecca Carvalho is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic initiatives and corporate strategy within municipal settings. Current roles include Manager of Strategic Initiatives at the Town of Caledon and previous positions such as Manager of Corporate Strategy and Service Excellence and Manager of Human Resources (Secondment) at the Town of Georgina.
