Carmen Caruso is an experienced planning professional currently serving as the Senior Planner for Development at the Town of Caledon since July 2022. Prior to this role, Carmen held various positions at the City of Brampton from January 2007 to December 2022, including Central Area Planner, Development Planner, and Plans Examiner - Zoning. Earlier in career, Carmen worked as a Planner at Goldberg Group from February 2006 to January 2007. Carmen holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies with a focus on Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Waterloo, completed between 1984 and 1988.
