Jenna Wertman is an experienced urban planner currently serving as the Development Services Director for the Town of Brownsburg since April 2021, where responsibilities include managing planning and zoning tasks, assisting development teams, and improving internal workflows. Prior to this role, Jenna held the position of Senior Planner at the City of Greenfield, Indiana, leading significant projects such as the Unified Development Ordinance revision and managing grant submissions. Jenna's earlier experience includes roles at the Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority as a Real Estate Underwriter and various positions focused on GIS and community health projects. Jenna holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning and a Certificate in Real Estate Development from Ball State University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Human and Environmental Systems from Indiana State University.
