As an Assistant Harbormaster and Harbor Commission Member for the Town of Bristol, Rhode Island, Scott manages the town's waters and contributes to policy-making that protects coastal areas. Previously, Scott held the position of Vice President of Sales at Voice Systems, Inc., achieving recognition as a top Diamond Partner. Scott earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing Management from Rhode Island College in 2022.
