Thomas Begin currently serves as the Assistant Town Manager for the Town of Acton, MA, since November 2023. Prior to this role, Thomas held the position of Assistant Director of Buildings and Grounds for Framingham Public Schools from August 2021 to November 2023. Thomas also has extensive experience with the City of Framingham, where tenure included roles as Deputy Director and Operations Manager in the Parks, Recreation & Cultural Affairs; Cemeteries department from September 2013 to August 2021. Academic credentials include a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government, both from Framingham State University.
