Kevin Bedford currently serves as Principal and Managing Director at Expedition Capital Advisors, a private equity real estate fund manager focused on opportunistic and value-add investments since June 2018. Prior to this role, Kevin held the position of Vice President - Planning & Finance at Greystone Communities from June 2013 to June 2018, where responsibilities included development planning, strategic planning, financial modeling, and project management for senior living organizations. Kevin began a career in finance as a Senior Associate at Ernst & Young from January 2011 to June 2013, primarily working with mortgage banking and private equity clients. Kevin holds a Master's in Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, both from The University of Texas at Austin, and studied at The University of Kansas from 2005 to 2007.
