May Hong is an accomplished Economic Development Intern for the Town of Acton, MA, who has successfully built a business directory featuring over 400 businesses and secured significant sponsorships for town events. With previous experience as a Receptionist at Salon Tuan Design Studio Inc., May effectively managed customer service, appointment scheduling, and front desk operations. Additionally, as a Research Assistant at Harvard Business School, collaboration with Professor Katie Coffman focused on gender bias in hiring, involving extensive literature reviews and the development of experimental procedures. Currently pursuing a degree in Math and Computer Science at UC San Diego, May is expected to graduate in 2027, following a strong academic foundation from Acton-Boxborough Regional High School.
