Shai Spector is a seasoned professional in operations management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Operations Management at TowerJazz since August 2015. Prior experience includes roles as Planning & Control Manager and Field Operations Manager at Electra Facility Management from October 2010 to July 2015, and Sales & Marketing Manager at Solgal Energy from 2009 to 2010. An earlier tenure at TowerJazz from February 1999 to December 2008 saw Shai Spector hold various positions, including Director of Design Environment & Support, IP & Design Services Operations Manager, Fab2 Business Integrator, and Account Manager. Shai Spector holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Management & Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, completed between 1995 and 1999.
