Rafi Mor has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and CEO of TowerJazz Japan since September 2008. Prior roles include Senior Vice President & General Manager at TowerJazz, and Vice President of Business Development and General Manager of Fab2 at Tower Semiconductors from 2005 to September 2008. Earlier in their career, Rafi Mor was the Vice President and Fab1 Manager at Tower Semiconductor from 2003 to 2005. Academic credentials include both M.Sc. and B.Sc. degrees in Chemical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, earned between 1984 and 1990.
