Emery Mukendi serves as the Head of Human Resources at TowerCo of Africa, overseeing the strategic direction of the Human Resources function, including Health & Safety and Facilities Management since July 2023. Previously, Emery held the position of Human Resources Operations Manager at VODACOM CONGO (RDC) S.A, where responsibilities included benefits management, onboarding, HR administration, training, and HR information systems management. With experience as an HR Operations Specialist and Officer, Emery has extensive expertise in HR policies, employee benefits, and compliance, alongside proficiency in systems such as SAP SuccessFactors. Emery obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Tshwane University of Technology in 2015.
