Marni Ford is an experienced human resources professional with a robust career spanning over 19 years in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Americas Head of Human Resources at Tower Research Capital since April 2019, Marni previously held the position of Interim Head of People Operations at SquareFoot and was an HR Business Partner at Bloomberg LP. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Jefferies and multiple vice president roles at Barclays Investment Bank. Marni began the career as an Associate Human Resources at Lehman Brothers and has a foundational background as an HR Associate at Assurant. Marni holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Syracuse University and a Master’s in Human Resource Management from The New School.
