John Chin is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Execution Trader at Tower Research Capital since March 2021. Previously, John held the position of Quant & Tech Modelling Trainee at DBS Bank for a short tenure and worked at Prudential Assurance Company Singapore as a Senior Financial Consultant and Financial Consultant from 2015 to 2020. Earlier in their career, John had various roles at J.P. Morgan, starting as a Summer Intern in FX Options Trade Support, then advancing to Analyst and Associate positions in FX Options and AXJ GEM FX Trade Support from 2011 to 2015. John holds a Master of Science in Quantitative Finance from Singapore Management University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
