Irina Kulakova currently serves as the Director and Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, as well as Global Controller at Tower Research Capital since November 2009. Kulakova manages a complex organizational structure of management and trading companies, developing and promoting policies to enhance effectiveness and cost efficiency. Previous roles at Tower Research Capital include Controller and Assistant Controller, where responsibilities included overseeing financial valuations and streamlining processes. Additionally, as a Senior Accountant, Kulakova prepared and reviewed financial valuations and conducted cost attribution utilizing complex mathematical algorithms. Prior to Tower Research Capital, Kulakova worked as an Accounts Payable Associate at Lime Group LLC from May 2008 to October 2009. Kulakova holds an MBA in Finance from Baruch College (2015-2017) and a B.B.A. in Accounting and Business Management from Pace University - Lubin School of Business.
