Jon H. has a diverse work experience across various industries. Jon started their career at OpenClose Loan Origination Software in 2002 as a Customer Support Specialist, where they provided support to customers and acted as a liaison between customers and developers. Jon also performed QA and regression testing for software updates and rollouts. Jon worked in this role until 2014.

In 2014, Jon H. joined The King's Academy in West Palm Beach, FL, as an Assistant Director of Technology. Jon held this position for eight years, until 2022.

During their time at The King's Academy, Jon H. also worked part-time as a Baseball Scorekeeper at Sports Info Solutions from 2016 to 2019.

In 2022, Jon H. joined Tower Hill Insurance Group as an Information Technology Security Analyst, where they currently work.

Jon H. earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Palm Beach Atlantic University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their degree, Jon has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2023, they obtained certifications in CompTIA Network Security Professional (CNSP), CompTIA Network Vulnerability Assessment Professional (CNVP), CompTIA PenTest+, and Blue Team Level 1 from various institutions. In 2021, Jon earned the CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+), CompTIA Security Analytics Professional - CASP, and CompTIA Security+ certifications. In 2020, they achieved the Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Core, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), and Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator certifications.
