Janice Luu has had a diverse range of roles and responsibilities throughout their work experience. Janice started their career at the American Heart Association as a Business System Analyst, where they provided analysis and reporting to improve efficiencies in the Technology Service Desk. Afterward, they joined HSN as an Information Technology Procurement Analyst, where they handled contract negotiations with carriers, performed billing analysis, and worked closely with Telecom senior engineers. Janice then moved on to Verifone, first as a Telecom Billing Analyst, leading the global TEM implementation and ensuring compliance with local regulations, and later as a Senior Business Analyst, where they managed global network and telecom projects, processed monthly invoices, and implemented TEM projects in multiple regions. Most recently, Janice has been working at Tower Hill Insurance Group as an Information Technology Asset Manager, responsible for managing IT capital projects, budgets, and agreements.

Janice Luu attended the University of South Florida from 1999 to 2004, where they pursued a degree in Business with a focus on Management Information Systems (MIS).
