Hani Al Khusaibi serves as the Chief HR & Support Services Officer at Towell Group, overseeing a workforce of over 9,000 employees across more than 20 companies in Oman and the GCC since May 2021. Prior to this role, Hani held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at GlassPoint Solar, managing HR across Oman, the USA, China, and Kuwait, where significant achievements included doubling the Omanisation percentage. Hani's extensive HR career includes key roles at Majid Al Futtaim Retail – Carrefour as Country HR Manager for Oman, and previous HR leadership positions at Oman Flour Mills Company and Zubair Automotive Group. Hani's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde, a Bachelor in Law from Beirut Arab University, and the National CEO Program in Organizational Leadership & Innovation from IMD.
