Kevin Glennon is the Director of Oven Engineering at Tovala. Keving has over 8 years of experience in product development and mechanical engineering. Kevin has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Kevin started their career as a Lead Project Engineer at Orion Industries, Ltd. Keving was responsible for researching, designing, and managing projects for the company. Kevin was instrumental in getting 3D printing up and running at Orion. Keving also did troubleshooting on existing machines to determine the root cause of their issues.

In 2014, Kevin became the Product Development Manager at Weber-Stephen Products LLC. In this role, they managed a team of engineers and was responsible for advanced projects that were 3-10 years from launch. Kevin worked closely with other engineering teams and departments to create new and innovative products within the grilling industry. Keving created an environment of accountability, six sigma methodology, and teamwork.

In 2022, Kevin became the Director of Oven Engineering at Tovala. In this role, they are responsible for leading a team of engineers to design, develop, and test ovens for the Tovala product line. Kevin is passionate about creating products that are innovative, efficient, and user-friendly.

Kevin Glennon has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.

They work with Seungjin Hong - Backend Engineer, Brent Wagner - UX Design Lead, and Keeley Kabala - COO. Keving Glennon reports to Bryan Wilcox, Co-founder, CTO.
