Thomas Blum has extensive experience in customer success and account management, currently serving as a Customer Success Executive at Tourwriter since October 2019. Prior to this role, Thomas worked as a Senior Account Manager at ANZ Nature Tours from February 2013 to October 2019. Thomas began their career at Princes Gate Hotel, where Thomas held the position of Operations Manager from March 1998 to February 2013.
