Alison Vales is a seasoned professional in the field of engineering and support, currently serving as a Senior EPOS and Application Support Engineer at Tourvest Retail Services since July 2017. Prior to this role, Alison held the position of Warehouse Support Engineer in the same company. Alison's career began in the automotive industry, working as a Service Technician at Goa Motors Hyundai from November 2009 to April 2011, followed by a role as a Service Advisor at CACULO MOTORS PRIVATE LIMITED from May 2011 to May 2013.
