Joining thl in October 2017, Ollie has held various roles within thl including Chief Commercial and Customer Officer, responsible for group Revenue, Sales & Marketing, Data Analytics, and Customer Experience development. Ollie commenced as Chief Transformation Officer in November 2022, responsible for driving the post-merger integration of thl and Apollo, and other key growth projects. Prior to joining thl, Ollie spent 10 years in consulting services and business start-up. This included leading iris Worldwide’s consulting offering in Shanghai, Atlanta, and New York, and various positions with Deloitte Strategy & Operations in Auckland and Chicago. Ollie holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Auckland.
